New Year Reset is a one-day meditation and prayer retreat designed to help you gently clear the past\, renew the heart\, and set a foundation for the year ahead. \nThis retreat blends self-paced teaching with live communal practice. \nAll teaching content will be provided before the event as on-demand video lessons\, which you can revisit anytime. The live retreat day is devoted to practicing together — entering the stillness\, the healing\, and the blessing as a shared field. \nWhat This Retreat Includes\nBefore the live retreat\, you will receive a set of video teachings that you can watch at your own pace and return to anytime. These teachings introduce the three core practices we will be working with throughout the day: \n\nA calming meditation to settle the mind and soothe the heart\nA forgiveness practice to reset our slate and release emotional weight\nA prayer practice to bless those we care about and cultivate generosity—one of the most essential qualities of the Light\n\nThese teaching videos are yours to keep\, giving you ongoing support and a foundation for continued practice after the retreat. \nWhat We Will Practice Together\nAcross two sessions\, morning and afternoon\, we will cycle through three transformative practices: \n\nMeditation Practice — Calming the Mind & HeartWe will begin with a meditation practice to still the mind\, calm the heart\, and centre into our greater being. Through this gentle process\, we will come closer to knowing ourselves for who we truly are.This space of deep recognition brings peace\, clarity\, and a foundation for recognizing what is truly important.\nForgiveness Practice — Resetting the SlateNext\, we will start the year off by receiving forgiveness. Using a practice from Kabbalah\, a part of the deep wisdom tradition in our lineage\, we will call upon and receive the forgiveness of the divine. We will have an opportunity to receive personal messages to help guide us as we deepen into an understanding of the heaven’s eternal grace and love for us as beings in progression.\nPrayer Practice — Blessing Others & Cultivating GenerosityGenerosity is a powerful force in the Light because it is so close to the truth of the Divine. In our final practice\, we will invoke blessings for those we care about as an act of pure generosity. In doing this practice\, we will enter a state of bliss — the bliss of the Light that delights in giving.
