Because of the way this magick has been crafted, it is designed not to cause harm.  Transformation can sometimes be challenging, even bumpy or even traumatic in some cases – but not with this magick.  Because the energy of the transformation is bounded and restrained by the other heavenly forces, the outcome of this is certain to be positive and beneficial and delightful.  Somehow, some way, there will be an almost impossible transformation, and it will be good.  That is the insane thing about the magick of this moment captured through this incredible ritual

Originally, the intention in crafting this magickal powerhouse was to help lift people through the big blocks in their life.  Things that felt really hard or impossible or things where you had been trying for so long to get progress around a topic and just was not able to.  The vision here was that you would burn the incense (unleashing the magick) every day for seven days, all around the single topic where you felt burdened.

Some of our early testers did just this.  And the results were amazing.

But!  Some of our testers kind of … went rogue.  They decided to use just one incense cone, not seven, and tackle smaller issues in their life where they still felt very stuck and frustrated.  And wouldn’t you know it – the results blew them out of the water!

Our testers tackled things that are big enough stuck areas to derail your whole day, or your whole week – things like writer’s block around crafting some piece of marketing, or writing a report at work, or figuring out how to talk to someone about a difficult topic, or figuring out how to mend a relationship.  These are by no means “small” issues but they also are not the type of things that you might struggle with for years without success.  Nevertheless, they are huge energy drains and big life challenges.  Using just one, or two, incense cones on issues like this brought about brilliant breakthroughs for our testers with essentially no effort on their part – they just effortlessly knew the answer, or moved straight into creation.  It was as if the thing that felt like a huge wall in front of their day or week just melted away and no longer existed.

How to work with this magick

This is a magick that is very flexible.  You can curate an approach to using this that works for you, in your life, in your world, in your way of thinking and moving through life.

But to give you some ideas and a starting point for your exploration, here are two possible approaches.

For big topics

This approach would work for big life issues.

• For example maybe you’ve been working on a pattern in your life that keeps recurring.
• Maybe you’ve been struggling with a big decision and can’t see your way through it.
• Maybe you just feel like you are really stuck in an area of your life and can’t figure out how to push through.
• Maybe you recognize something from your childhood, or some inner wound, that you really want to transform.
• Maybe you’ve been shown some aspect of how you walk in the world that just does not serve you and you really want help to transform it.

This kind of “big life issue” would be amenable to an approach as follows:

• Create some sacred space.  Calm your mind through breathing and meditation for some few minutes.  Then really contemplate the topic area.  Distill down into one sentence what it is that you are looking to change.  What are you looking to change, where do you need help, who do you wish to be?  You might create a prayer, you might create a request, you might create a description of what you need help with.  Some expression of what you need.
• Take a beautiful sheet of paper and a marker.  Write this expression down on the center of the paper.

Each day for 7 days, you will do the following:

• Create sacred space.
• Approach your altar with intention and reverence.
• Hold one incense cone in your hand.  Pause for a moment.  Feel the energy in the incense.  Come into stillness and presence.  Let yourself feel the energy of the question, the tension, the place you want movement.  Let yourself feel the transformation you desire.
• Light the tip of the incense cone.  Let it flame for a moment and then blow it out gently.  It will continue to burn as incense does.
• If you have crafted a prayer, you can say the prayer out loud.  Or somehow express your request.
• As the smoke rises, be present with the energy.  You can sit in a chair if you wish.  Enter a meditative state.  Allow it to waft around you.  Feel its quality, its presence, its power.
• When the incense cone finished burning, it is done!  You might offer an expression of thanks.
• Then just get up and go about your day.  You do not need to do anything further.  Trust that it is done.

When you are sitting with the smoke, don’t try to force anything to happen.  Don’t try to force clarity or any particular outcome. Sit with the smoke. Don’t try to force clarity or control the outcome. Instead, trust the incense to move the energy in unseen ways. This is about:

For something that is derailing your day

This is a more minor version of “stuck” — something that is really dragging your day down and you need a boost to just get it done.  Maybe you need to write a report.  Maybe you need to have an important conversation.  Maybe you are nervous about an interview and need to feel calm and speak brilliantly.  Maybe you’re feeling down and need help reorienting.

Here’s a quick and easy process you can use for these times:

• Go to your altar and pick up an incense cone.  Pause for a minute to center yourself.  Take just one more moment to feel the energy in the incense cone.
• Put the incense cone in a dish that is safe for burning on your altar.  Light the tip of the incense cone.  Once lit, blow out the flame.  It will continue burning.
• Speak out loud your request.  This can be easy, whatever comes to your mind is exactly perfect.  “Please help me with this report I have to write.”  “Please help me with this interview, please help me to ace it and be really at my very best.”  “Please help me pass my test today.  Please help my mind be sharp and strong.”  Just like that.  It doesn’t have to be fancy or formal or anything.
• You can sit and feel the energy as the incense cone burns, but you don’t have to.  You can literally just walk away.  Maybe say a few words of thanks.  Trust that it is done.

If you are working on a report, consider sitting in the energy of the incense and just starting to write.  If you are studying for a test, consider studying somewhere nearby where you can more clearly feel the energy.  But, honestly?  These things don’t matter so much.  You’ve unleashed the energy and it will go to work for you regardless.
