Lynda Roberts
Hello and Welcome. I am Lynda Roberts. I have been a spiritual seeker all my life. Even as a child, I suspected that there was a greater purpose in life. I wanted to know what Heaven was really like? It has to be more that God sitting in a rocking chair and angels playing harps on clouds. As a young girl, I always felt a deep connection to the physical beauty of nature as well as the spiritual beauty that the eyes cannot see.
Unfortunately, a difficult childhood as well as toxic relationships and corporate culture slowly deadened that connection until I decided to throw off the reins of working as a paralegal in Manhattan and pursue my lifelong dream of devoting my life to healing others. I moved to Florida from New Jersey and began a private practice as a massage therapist and that was certainly a more satisfying life at first. But it was then I realized massaging the physical pain didn’t give me the fulfillment of releasing emotional and spiritual pain from a person. I shifted my focus from massage therapy to Reiki healing and teaching workshops. Reiki was good for physical and emotional healing, but there was a component lacking for deeper spiritual healing.
I was initiated in 2005. In the Society of the Guardians of the Flame, I found the answers to everything I have been searching for my whole life! I continue to be active as a Beacon, Healer, and Guardian – furthering my own spiritual enlightenment so I can pass these teachings on to my students. As a Beacon, I realize the joy I receive from leading seekers of truth along their spiritual journey through Initiation, healing and classes.
I founded the Sanctuary of Light, a heartfelt business that focuses on body, mind, and spirit. At this healing center, the teachings of the Lineage – Initiation, workshops, healing, Reiki and empowerment are presented. I always had a passion in my lifetime for helping others achieve insight into their spiritual nature and ultimately creating peace and strength at a soul level. At my healing center this too can be experienced.
